Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 5-7 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 5-7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: we do not offer expedited shipping at this time

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to track your package and stay updated on its delivery status.

Shipping Delays

While we aim to ensure timely delivery, please note that unforeseen delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier issues, or other external factors. Better With Hope is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Returns and Exchanges Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

We take great care in crafting our natural therapeutic and massage balms to ensure they meet our high standards of quality. Due to hygiene and safety concerns, all sales are final once your order has been processed and shipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to arrange a replacement for the affected item. Please email us at betterwithhope@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Including photos of the damaged product will help us resolve the matter quickly.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Better With Hope is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered. If you believe your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at betterwithhope@gmail.com as soon as possible. Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.
